What is Antern?
Antern is an AI engineering education and systems company building an implementation-first sprint for working professionals who want to become AI-native engineers.
Who is the AI-Native Engineering Sprint for?
It is for working professionals who know Python, have some mathematical maturity, already work with AI tools, feel AI is changing their career path, and want to build serious AI engineering capability beyond ordinary job preparation.
Is this a beginner course?
No. The sprint is not designed for complete beginners. It assumes participants are ready to work through math, ML, systems, LLMs, agents, evaluation, research, and production capstones.
Is placement guaranteed?
No job, salary, offer, or placement is guaranteed. Antern can provide structure, proof-of-work, evaluation, positioning, outreach systems, and counsellor-mediated opportunity support.
What do participants build?
Participants build retrieval systems, agentic systems, AI engineering workflows, evaluation harnesses, reliability systems, and a production capstone aligned with their target direction.
When does Cohort 2 start?
Cohort 2 begins with orientation on August 1, 2026. Each cohort is capped at 100 participants.
